What we collect

When you send an estimate request we keep what you typed into it — your name, phone number, email if you gave one, the town, and anything you told us about the job. If you attached photos, we keep those too.

We also record which page you arrived from, so we know whether this website is doing its job.

What we do not do

We do not sell your details, share them, or add you to a mailing list. They go straight to the owner so your job can be quoted, and nowhere else.

We do not store your IP address. We store a one-way scramble of it, which lets us block abuse without keeping anything that identifies you.

There is no online payment on this site, so we never see a card number.

Cookies

This site sets three cookies and that is the whole list:

• A session cookie, so the site works while you move between pages.
• A security token, which is what stops somebody else submitting the estimate form as you.
• A preference cookie remembering the answer you gave the cookie banner, so it stops asking.

All three are necessary and none of them track you anywhere.

If we add website analytics — measuring which pages people find useful — it will be behind the banner's opt-in switch, and it will not load at all unless you say yes. The decision is made on our server before the page is built, so a tag you did not consent to is not disabled, it is absent.

Asking us to delete it

Call or text (209) 675-8845, and we will delete your enquiry and any photos with it.
