An interior repaint is the fastest way to make a house feel like a different house. It is also the job where the difference between a good painter and a cheap one shows up on your walls for the next eight years.
What we actually do
The paint is the last day. Before it: furniture moved to the middle of the room or moved by us if it will not shift, floors under drop cloths, everything that is not being painted masked off. Nail holes and hairline cracks filled, dents in the drywall patched, and the texture matched so the repair disappears instead of sitting there in a certain light. Anything that has been stained — water marks, marker, smoke — gets a stain-blocking primer first, because covering a stain with colour just moves it under the colour.
Then two coats of Sherwin-Williams, cut in by brush at the edges and rolled across the field.
You can stay in the house
Most people do. We work room by room around you, ask before leaving gear set up overnight, and if the smell is the thing you are worried about we can seal a room off so it does not travel through the house. That last one matters more than people expect if there is a baby, someone working from home, or anyone who reacts to it.
If the house is empty it is faster and we would rather have it that way — but empty is not a requirement.
How long it takes
About a week for a three-bedroom house, walls and ceilings and trim. Fewer rooms is proportionally less. You get a breakdown with your estimate, including the day we expect to finish, and the owner is on the job himself every day it runs.
Colours and paint
Sherwin-Williams. You can buy it yourself or have us buy it — whichever you prefer. If you want an opinion on a colour, ask and you will get an honest one; we are not going to pretend a choice is wrong to sell you a different one.
What it costs
It depends on the size, the condition of the walls and how much preparation they need. Estimates are free, and there are four ways to get one: we come out, you send photos, a video call, or straight over the phone. For a single room, a photo is usually enough — no appointment, nobody coming to the house.

What we do not do
No small touch-up jobs — the smallest we take is a room or a bathroom. We do not hang wallpaper, and we do not do decorative or faux finishes.
