Trim, baseboards and crown molding
Trim in a harder finish than the walls, so it survives being cleaned.
Trim gets scuffed, kicked and wiped in a way walls never do, so it wants a harder, less porous finish. Painted in the same flat as the walls it marks within months and cannot be washed without burnishing.
