PIR PAINTING SERVICES
A Central Valley home after a full exterior repaint: white stucco with black window trim, under mature redwoods.

Merced · Atwater · the Central Valley

The finish starts on day one.

Scraping, filling, caulking, sanding, masking and priming — all of it before a brush touches the wall. It is the part you never see in a photograph.

Three days of preparation, one day of paint

Anyone can put paint on a wall. What decides whether it is still there in eight years is what happened underneath it.

  1. Days one and two

    Wash and repair

Pressure washing, stucco cracks patched, drywall holes filled, texture matched so the repair disappears.

  2. Day three

    Prime and mask

Sanding, stain blocking, caulking, and everything that is not being painted covered before a lid comes off.

  3. Day four

    Paint

Sherwin-Williams, sprayed and back-rolled so it bonds instead of just sitting on the surface.

How a job actually runs

Four steps, and you know the date before anyone opens a tin.

  1. You call or send a photo

For one room, a picture is enough to get a number. For a whole house we would rather come and look — the same day or the next.

  2. You get the estimate in writing

By text or email, usually by the end of that day or the next. Free, and with the preparation listed line by line so you can hold it against anyone else's number.

  3. You get a start date, usually that week

Once you approve it, you get a date — most weeks within the week — and a breakdown of when we expect to finish.

  4. You get the invoice before we leave

Payment on the last day, and the invoice in your hand before we pack up. Cash, check or Zelle.

One room? Just send a photo.

For a single room, we can give you a number from a picture — no appointment, and no one coming to the house.

You can stay in the house while we paint it

Drop cloths, plastic and masking, and we move the gear ourselves if the furniture will not shift. If the smell is the worry, we can seal the room off so it does not travel through the house.

What we paint

Inside and out, residential and commercial.

  • Interior house painting

Whole-home interior repainting in Merced, Atwater and across the valley. Walls, ceilings, trim and doors — and you can stay in the house while it happens.

  • Exterior house painting

Full exterior repainting across Merced and Stanislaus counties. Three to four days, and most of that is the preparation that decides how long it lasts.
